Q3 Newsletter

Dear ConTeras Industrial Group Team

As we enter the final quarter of 2024, I want to take a moment to recognize and thank each of you for your dedication, hard work, and commitment. We are having an incredible year so far, and I am very proud of the progress we’ve made together. Your contributions have been invaluable to our continued growth, and I deeply appreciate the energy each of you has invested in building a stronger team each and every day.

First and foremost, I want to commend you for prioritizing safety. We have worked without an OSHA recordable injury incident year-to-date in 2024—a truly best-in-class achievement. Your focus on creating a safe environment for ourselves, our customers, and our partners is foundational to our success, and I appreciate each team member’s commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.

Our growth this year has been remarkable, and it’s clear that our history building strong, lasting customer relationships has made a difference. I’m proud of the trust and loyalty we’ve cultivated with our clients, reflected in the high percentage of repeat business we continue to enjoy. Thank you for going above and beyond to provide excellent service and foster connections that drive our reputation for quality and reliability.

As part of our commitment to continual improvement, I’m looking forward to our team’s final evaluation of a new safety and training management platform. This platform will increase efficiency in our processes and ensure we are even better equipped to maintain our high standards for safety and service.

In addition to safety advancements, we’ve also taken significant steps forward in our operations. This year, we completed and took occupancy of our newly built warehouse space in Evansville, IN—a milestone that will support our ongoing growth and allow us to serve our clients even more effectively. We are also improving many back-office processes this year, including billing, collections, payroll, benefits, and operations. These enhancements are part of our ongoing effort to streamline our workflow and provide you with the tools and resources you need to succeed.

As we look toward Q4 and beyond, I am excited for what lies ahead. Together, with the good work and dedication of our team, I am confident that we will finish 2024 strong and set the foundation for even greater success in the future.

Thank you for everything you do. Let’s continue to make ConTeras Industrial Group a team we are all proud to be part of.
