Looking back on the first half of 2026, I’m especially proud of how our teams worked safely through a demanding spring outage season.
Outage work at power-generating stations asks a lot of our field crews and the people supporting them. It takes careful planning, close coordination, and, most importantly, a commitment to looking out for one another. Thank you for continuing to meet our customers’ needs while keeping safety at the center of everything you do.
Since our partnership with Oaktree began earlier this year, we’ve put additional resources directly into the business. We’ve purchased equipment, hired new employees, and promoted others into new roles. These investments give our teams the people, tools, and support they need while creating opportunities for employees ready to take on greater responsibility.
More recently, we welcomed CD Energy Services to ConTeras. Based in Denver and operating through CD Specialty Contractors and CS Colorado Scaffolding, CD brings experienced teams, strong customer relationships, and complementary capabilities in industrial and commercial scaffolding, insulation, and access services. CD expands our presence throughout the Rocky Mountain region and the Western U.S.
An important part of welcoming CD is bringing our people together. CD’s employees will be able to draw on the experience and resources available through Incorp, ECRS, and PIC, while our existing teams gain colleagues with deep knowledge of the region.
The addition of CD also shows how we are putting our partnership with Oaktree to work. We’ll continue investing in our existing businesses while adding complementary capabilities and expanding into markets where our services are needed. Our goal is to build on what makes each business successful, not change it.
Across our job sites, offices, and support teams, you continue to work together, solve problems for our customers, and look out for one another. As we move through the second half of 2026, please keep that same focus. There is a lot ahead of us, and I’m confident in what we can accomplish.

ConTeras Industrial Group has acquired CD Energy Services, a Denver-based specialty contractor serving industrial and commercial customers across the Western United States. Through CD Specialty Contractors and CS Colorado Scaffolding, the acquisition expands our capabilities in scaffolding, insulation, access solutions, equipment rental and sales, and other specialty services while extending our presence west of the Mississippi.

Supporting a wide range of crafts at LG&E-KU Magnolia Station in Kentucky, Yonton Monge draws on 13 years of experience with Incorp. His work spans insulation, coatings, asbestos abatement, lead abatement, siding, and scaffolding. Across each scope, he applies the technical skill and attention to detail needed to produce consistent, high-quality results.
Over the years, Yonton has refined effective application techniques across multiple scopes. He is also willing to travel wherever his experience is needed, approaching each assignment with the same care and professionalism. That flexibility makes him a dependable resource for projects with changing demands.
Fishing and time with family and friends are among Yonton’s favorite ways to spend his time away from work. His broad capabilities, adaptability, and professional approach strengthen every project he supports and reflect the standards Incorp expects in the field.
Betty Castro
Incorp – Journeyman
Betty Castro has spent 13 years with Incorp and currently works at LG&E-KU Magnolia Station in Kentucky. Her experience includes insulation, coatings, asbestos abatement, lead abatement, siding, and scaffolding. She brings strong application skills and careful attention to detail to each assignment.
Betty stands out for her site preparation, safety awareness, efficiency, and time management. The techniques she has developed throughout her tenure allow her to complete work carefully while maintaining productivity and supporting safe project execution. She is also willing to travel wherever her skills are needed and consistently represents Incorp with professionalism.
Away from the job site, Betty enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Her versatility, disciplined approach, and commitment to safe, efficient work make her a dependable contributor to Incorp projects.
Henry Martinez
Incorp – Leadman
At the Lightstone facility in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, Henry Martinez leads scaffold work with a combination of sound judgment, clear communication, and hands-on skill. During his three years with Incorp, he has developed a reputation for completing difficult assignments safely and efficiently while keeping quality at the forefront.
Henry reinforces proper PPE, completes daily JSAs with organization and clarity, and inspects the work area to identify hazards before tasks begin. He maintains clean, orderly conditions and follows plant rules and safety procedures consistently. When correction is needed, Henry communicates clearly with coworkers and helps ensure the crew understands the precautions required for the work. His persistence keeps him engaged even when an assignment becomes challenging.
Beyond the job site, Henry enjoys electrical work and exploring technology. His scaffold knowledge, attention to detail, and disciplined approach to safety set a strong example at Lightstone.
Alexi Galvez
Incorp – General Foreman
With 19 years of scaffold industry experience, Alexi Galvez brings extensive field knowledge to his role as General Foreman for Incorp in Intercession City, Florida. Approaching four years with the company, he supports the Site Supervisor on outage and capital projects throughout Florida while independently overseeing smaller projects and emergent work.
Alexi pairs practical problem-solving with a positive, steady leadership style. He mentors employees, guides crews through changing project demands, and places safety above all else while maintaining productivity and quality. His willingness to step into different supervisory situations and keep work moving has earned the confidence of both field teams and management. That balance of technical knowledge and leadership also supports strong results for Incorp customers.
Whenever he has the opportunity, Alexi enjoys fishing along Florida’s Gulf Coast. Incorp’s Florida operations benefit from his experience, professionalism, and commitment to developing those around him.
Feliz Santiago Rivera
Incorp – Journeyman
Feliz Santiago Rivera has spent three years with Incorp and works as a Journeyman at the Cliffside site in North Carolina. His responsibilities include insulation, metal work, and scaffolding, allowing him to support multiple project needs while helping crews complete work safely and efficiently.
Feliz brings field experience, personal responsibility, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. He approaches each assignment with close attention to detail and consistently follows established jobsite protocols. His commitment to completing work correctly, safely, and to a high standard reflects the pride he takes in his craft. Feliz’s reliability and steady work ethic help maintain quality across every task he supports.
In his free time, Feliz enjoys fishing. His work ethic, professionalism, and pride in doing the job correctly establish him as a dependable member of the Incorp team.
Alan Pruneda
Incorp – Asbestos Foreman
Safety guides Alan Pruneda’s work as Asbestos Foreman at the Duke Gibson site in Owensville, Indiana. With eight years at Incorp, he is trusted to take samples, remove asbestos, and support scaffold and insulation work while helping each assignment stay safe and on schedule.
Alan’s experience is especially evident in the way he supports newer employees. He takes them under his wing and provides practical coaching on the safe and correct way to complete the work. By sharing his knowledge and reinforcing proper procedures, Alan helps employees build stronger skills while supporting consistent safety expectations across the site. His reliability also means the team can count on him to step in wherever help is needed.
Off the clock, Alan enjoys spending time with his family, playing video games, listening to music, and cognac tasting. At Duke Gibson, his mentorship, versatility, and long-standing commitment to safety have made a lasting contribution to the team.
Antonio Meza
Incorp – Metal Mechanic
Versatility is central to Antonio Meza’s work at the EKPC Spurlock Station in Kentucky. In four years with Incorp, he has developed experience not only as a Metal Mechanic, but also in insulation, sandblasting, scaffold building, and painting, allowing him to support a range of project needs.
Antonio arrives prepared, works efficiently, and maintains a clear focus on safety and quality. He takes pride in producing solid results and remains open to learning new skills whenever the opportunity arises. By listening carefully to direction and applying what he learns, Antonio continues to improve and adapt to new challenges. His positive attitude and willingness to support those around him add to his value as part of the crew.
That interest in continued development extends beyond the job site. Antonio enjoys playing baseball and watching instructional videos to expand his knowledge and abilities. At Spurlock, he stands out for his work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to improvement.
Fernando Ameca
Incorp – Multi-Craft/Forklift Operator
Across scaffold, insulation, metal, lead, and material-handling work, Fernando Ameca supports several crafts at the LG&E KU Ghent site in Kentucky. During five years with Incorp, he has erected, modified, inspected, and dismantled scaffolds; installed, removed, and repaired metal and insulation systems; and operated forklifts to transport materials and support deliveries.
Fernando is punctual, dependable, and willing to take on additional responsibilities when projects need support. He works effectively both independently and with a crew, communicates well with supervisors and coworkers, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. His attention to detail and adherence to OSHA requirements, company policies, and site-specific procedures reflect his strong commitment to safety, productivity, and teamwork.
Family is central to Fernando’s time away from work. He plays soccer with his oldest daughter, takes his youngest daughter to the park, attends church with his family on Sundays, and enjoys walks with his wife and daughters. Ghent operations benefit from his versatility, reliability, and positive approach.
Hugo Gonzalez
ECRS – Operations Manager
Based in Lauderhill, Florida, Hugo Gonzalez serves as Operations Manager for ECRS’s Fort Lauderdale-area operations. He connects clients with the office, yard and field teams responsible for project delivery. His oversight of daily operations focuses on productivity, safety compliance, resource management and customer satisfaction across multiple projects.
Hugo’s extensive scaffolding experience has allowed him to contribute quickly since joining ECRS. His organized approach helps keep schedules, personnel and project needs aligned. Clear communication and thoughtful planning also support a strong safety culture throughout operations.
Away from work, Hugo enjoys traveling with his family and learning about different cultures. He also follows football, fishes, works on cars and explores off-road trails. Welding and fabrication provide another creative outlet. His industry experience helps strengthen coordination across ECRS’s South Florida team.
Eric Riffle
ECRS – Project Manager
Eric Riffle brings 13 years of industry experience to his role as a Project Manager with ECRS. Responsible for all swing stage projects, he works closely with the sales team to confirm customer needs, relays project information to foremen and maintains clear communication with customers throughout the work.
Eric’s experience and attention to detail help him keep projects organized and ensure everyone has the information they need to execute the work successfully. His ability to communicate clearly and stay ahead of project needs makes him a valuable link between customers, sales and the field team.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys watching his sons play baseball, hunting and following Pittsburgh sports.
Carlos Palma
ECRS – Project Manager
For the past four years, Carlos Palma has contributed to ECRS in Laurel, Maryland, where he now serves as a Project Manager. In this role, he sets each project’s objectives, scope, timelines and deliverables, then stays ahead of potential risks while serving as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders and project teams from planning through delivery.
Carlos built his understanding of scaffolding from the field up, progressing from laborer to builder and then foreman before moving into project management. That experience gives him practical insight into the work his teams perform and helps him balance client expectations with safety, productivity and successful project delivery. He brings leadership, problem-solving and clear communication to the role while working to improve processes and maintain accountability.
Carlos enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors and being with his family. His field perspective and commitment to continuous learning make him a valuable link between ECRS clients and project teams.
Marianne Kay
PIC – Office Manager
For the past three years, Marianne Kay has served as Office Manager at Performance Insulation Contractors’ office in La Porte, Texas. She handles much of PIC’s administrative and invoicing work, coordinating with management and site supervisors to make sure billing information is complete and accurate.
She is in regular contact with both office and field employees, so communication and follow-through matter every day. Marianne’s positive attitude and bilingual skills help her build strong working relationships across the company. She keeps information moving between the right people and stays on top of the details that go into each invoice.
Outside of work, Marianne enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with her family, and participating in church activities. Marianne’s work behind the scenes remains an important part of PIC’s day-to-day success.
Ricardo Flores
PIC – Scaffold Supervisor
Ricardo Flores has spent four years as a Scaffold Supervisor with Performance Insulation Contractors, leading scaffold crews as part of PIC’s callout operations. He makes sure his crews understand what each assignment requires and directs their work in the field.
Ricardo organizes the work and guides crews through each assignment. He sets clear expectations and takes pride in the quality his crew delivers. From start to finish, he works directly with the customer to keep communication clear and make sure the crew remains focused on what the customer needs.
Away from the job site, Ricardo enjoys spending time with his wife and children, grilling in the backyard, and taking family trips. Ricardo’s experience and leadership make him a dependable part of PIC’s callout team.
Francisco Martin
PIC – Site Superintendent
Francisco Martin has spent 17 years with Performance Insulation Contractors and serves as Site Superintendent at Oleon Chemical in Conroe, Texas. He oversees daily site activities to keep work safe, efficient, and aligned with project requirements.
Francisco pays close attention to the details, from arriving prepared and on time to keeping work areas clean and orderly. He applies that same care to every phase of the job and expects it from his team. The high standards he sets for himself and others help PIC consistently meet customer expectations.
In his free time, Francisco enjoys working on mechanical and home improvement projects, going to the beach, and attending football and soccer games. Francisco’s strong work ethic makes him a valuable leader within PIC.
Jose Galvan
PIC – Site Safety
Jose Galvan brings firsthand knowledge of field conditions to his Site Safety role at Performance Insulation Contractors’ ETC site. With more than three years at PIC, he works with crews across the site to reinforce safe work practices and make sure they follow company procedures.
Jose’s experience allows him to relate safety requirements directly to the work employees perform each day. He connects well with crews, provides practical training, and makes sure employees understand both what the procedures require and why they are important.
When he is not at work, Jose enjoys taking his family tubing on the river, bringing his children to concerts, and going to the movies. His loyalty to PIC and commitment to employee safety make him an important part of the ETC team.
The Incorp crew supporting the Mill Creek 5 project in Louisville, Kentucky, was selected as the July 2026 Crew of the Month. Presented on behalf of Kiewit’s TIC project team, the recognition cited the crew’s commitment to safety, consistent adherence to project policies and procedures, accurate completion of required paperwork and Job Hazard Analyses, and delivery of quality work. The honor underscores the professionalism and strong safety culture the crew demonstrates in the field each day.

Incorp Industries was selected to provide insulation demolition and installation services for the Sylvamo Hydrogate Replacement Project during a planned outage at Sylvamo’s Eastover paper manufacturing facility. As a recognized leader in outage work for power generation and industrial projects, Incorp will support critical modifications to boiler-related systems requiring insulation removal, replacement, and new installation.
PIC completed the exterior refurbishment of a U-074 fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) tank at an industrial facility in Deer Park, Texas. The refurbishment addressed existing oxidation and surface contamination while renewing protection against the chalking and discoloration associated with prolonged UV exposure.
A restoration effort at The Warrington required scaffold access across four elevations, multiple roof levels and four chimney structures, all while maintaining safe circulation for residents, workers and pedestrians around the occupied property. ECRS was selected to develop and install a comprehensive system scaffold and access solution reaching approximately 150 feet above grade.

Scaffold safety was a central focus for ECRS this quarter through a series of trainings at data center projects across Northern Virginia. At sites managed by Turner, Holder and Whiting-Turner, Safety Director Bill Drexel led hands-on sessions focused on scaffold-specific precautions. Other ECRS participants included Hayley Hughes, Josh Cornwell, Mike Vrettakos, Carlos Palma and Pancho Risinger. These sessions reinforced consistent practices and supported ECRS’s ongoing commitment to helping field teams use scaffolding safely and effectively.
At ABC of Metro Washington’s Meet the Subs & Open House, ECRS connected with subcontractors and general contractors from across the regional construction community. Hayley Hughes and Jackie Egger represented ECRS at the event, where they shared information about our services and distributed giveaways to attendees. The event put ECRS in front of subcontractors and general contractors from across the region, increasing our visibility within the regional construction market.
ECRS joined industry professionals from across the region at the 2026 Mid-Atlantic Construction Safety Conference in Greenbelt, Maryland. Bill Drexel, Hayley Hughes and Jackie Egger shared information about ECRS access solutions, and the team set up a marketing table at the event’s Expo to connect with other safety-focused organizations. The event provided a valuable forum for knowledge sharing and continued engagement with the regional construction safety community.
Recruiting outreach brought ECRS to several high school and college events this quarter, including MCEEI Construction Career Day, the Spring Career Fair at Williamson College of the Trades and the Thomas Edison Career Fair. Representing ECRS were Hayley Hughes, Bill Drexel, Josh Cornwell, Robert Melton and Jackie Egger, who spoke with students about careers in scaffolding and access services. Continued engagement with schools and trade programs is part of ECRS’s ongoing effort to build a pipeline of future talent for the industry.
The Washington Building Congress named six ECRS team members 2026 Craftsmanship Award winners for their work on the 1901 North Moore Street project in Arlington, Virginia. CBG Building Company nominated Jose Diego, Bill Drexel, Javier Gustave, Braque Plummer, Jason Rawlins and Tim Smith for the skill and execution they brought to the project. Representing ECRS at the awards program were Andrew Kerner, Braque Plummer, Bill Drexel, Hayley Hughes, Emily Hughes and Josh Cornwell. This recognition reflects the experience, precision and commitment to quality our teams bring to complex projects.
On Friday, May 22, 2026, Incorp hosted its fourth annual Golf Scramble at Sultan’s Run Golf Course in Jasper, Indiana. The event brought together 21 teams representing local Duke, CenterPoint, LG&E, EKPC and GPC facilities, along with several of Incorp’s valued vendors. Representing Incorp and ConTeras were Amanda Willis, Arvanna McIntosh, Morgan Van Kampen, Jeremy Bobby, Jose Ortuno, Luis Morales, Kyle Tolle, Luke Pierce, Dave Pierce, Ryan Schenk and Steve Beegle. With 21 teams on the course this year, the scramble continues to grow as one of Incorp’s key touchpoints with the customers and vendors who support its work throughout the region.

ConTeras team members attended an Astros game on June 5, spending time together outside the day-to-day work environment. Attendees included Adam Mohr and wife Amanda, Bret Roper and wife Galina, Lydia Olsen and husband Doug, Charles Njilefack and wife Judith, and Jason Burkhardt and wife Jewel, joined by family and friends.
At the Energy Transfer Golf Tournament, Tyler Meredith, Zeke Smith, Jason Burkhardt, and Paul Grey represented PIC at the table, where they welcomed attendees and connected with industry peers. Zeke Smith supported the team’s presence from the barbecue pit. The tournament provided a practical setting for strengthening established relationships across the industrial community.
At the Industrial Safety Training Council’s Open House, PIC connected with clients, industry colleagues and prospective partners. The gathering celebrated ISTC’s new Badge-In Center and gave everyone a chance to learn more about the facility. Participation kept PIC engaged with organizations supporting industry throughout Southeast Texas.
Across three days in Houston, Jason Meredith, Kristan Meredith, Tyler Meredith, and Steve Beegle attended the International Liquid Terminals Association conference and the Energy Projects Conference & Expo on PIC’s behalf. The two events brought together professionals from the tank storage, terminal and petrochemical sectors to discuss current challenges and opportunities. Those discussions gave PIC additional market perspective while opening channels for future collaboration.
PIC sponsored the closest-to-the-pin giveaway at the ASSP Sabine Neches Chapter’s annual golf tournament. Tyler Meredith and Paul Grey joined safety professionals and other industry representatives from across the region. The sponsorship reflects PIC’s support for organizations dedicated to advancing workplace safety.
On June 4, PIC joined members of the regional business community at the Beaumont Civic Center for the BBB Southeast Texas Diamond Awards for Excellence. Now in its 28th year, the event recognized area businesses and leaders for integrity, ethical practices and community leadership. Tyler Meredith attended with Tyler Renick of RT Technical Solutions and Elton Hollis of Hol-Tech Resources. The evening provided an opportunity for PIC to strengthen local industry relationships.
United Rentals’ Crawfish Boil brought Tyler Meredith, Kristan Meredith, and Chloey Meredith together with customers, vendors and other industry professionals. The gathering allowed PIC to maintain relationships outside active project work. Those connections help maintain open communication with the customers, vendors and industry partners our teams work alongside.
By joining ABC Southeast Texas, PIC gains additional opportunities to participate in discussions with contractors and industry professionals on workforce development, safety and business practices. Zeke Smith, Tyler Meredith, and Paul Grey attended the presentation as PIC received its membership plaque from Kal Kincaid and Jane Gimler. Through the chapter, we have another forum for industry education and contractor engagement.

Preparedness is about building confidence through planning.
