The first quarter of 2025 set a strong tone for the year ahead. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our teams across the country, we’ve entered the year with a robust backlog of project and maintenance work and a continued focus on excellence in everything we do.
In Q1 alone, our teams worked over 675,000 hours, driven in large part by a successful spring outage season led by Incorp. That volume of work not only speaks to the demand for our services but also to the remarkable capability and resilience of our workforce. I’m especially proud of the way we continue to grow and strengthen our team. Both ECRS and Incorp welcomed new hires and celebrated internal promotions, reinforcing our commitment to developing a best-in-class workforce.
We also made several investments to support our continued growth. ECRS successfully went live with a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system in January, improving our internal processes and back-office capabilities. On the business development side, ECRS has also begun implementing a new customer relationship management (CRM) system to help us better manage client relationships and support future growth.
I’m pleased to share that we’ve continued to invest in expanding our equipment fleet, including new scaffolding, trucks, and hoists, ensuring our teams have what they need to deliver with confidence and efficiency on our job sites.
In exciting news, ConTeras welcomed Performance Insulation Contractors (PIC) to the company in April. This acquisition strengthens our footprint in the Gulf Coast region and brings new customer relationships to the business. It also opens the door for valuable cross-selling opportunities between PIC, Incorp, and ECRS, further strengthening the services we can offer to our clients.
Looking ahead, we’re in the early stages of launching a new employee recognition program designed to highlight individuals who exemplify our core values of safety, service, integrity, and innovation. I’m excited to see this take shape and provide more opportunities to celebrate the great work happening across our organization.
We’re also planning a company-wide safety summit in the second quarter, where teams from PIC, ECRS, and Incorp will come together to share best practices and reinforce our collective commitment to safety.
Thank you for your continued dedication and contributions to our success. The work you do every day sets us apart and positions ConTeras for a strong year ahead.
Let’s keep the momentum going!
