By any measure, 2025 was a strong year for ConTeras, and it started with you. Your professionalism, dedication, and commitment across operations, along with your continued focus on safety and looking out for one another, were behind everything we accomplished. Day in and day out, your efforts on our job sites and in support roles across the organization are what set ConTeras apart and continues to strengthen our reputation across the markets we serve.
Capping off the year, we surpassed 3 million work hours, a milestone that reflects the trust our customers place in us and the high standards upheld on every job site. Reaching this level of activity is not only a measure of growth, but a clear indicator of the demand for our services and the confidence our customers have in our ability to execute safely and reliably. This milestone is the result of sustained performance across all teams and reinforces the foundation we have built through consistent, high-quality work.
Our partnership with Oaktree Capital, finalized in January, will significantly accelerate our ability to further scale our offerings, invest in our people and technology, and deliver enhanced value to our customers. With access to resources and networks that open doors to new markets and opportunities we couldn’t reach on our own, we’re well positioned to grow and to do so in a way that creates real, lasting opportunity across the organization.
Across a demanding mix of maintenance and project work, including outage support, routine maintenance, and capital projects, our teams delivered with precision and reliability, reinforcing our position as a trusted partner to our customers. Whether supporting critical outages or delivering complex project work, they demonstrated the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
Each business unit finished Q4 strong, deepening existing customer relationships while building new ones through consistent performance. Across Incorp, ECRS, and PIC, we are seeing continued growth driven by strong execution and a commitment to service. The work being done today is opening doors for tomorrow, creating lasting opportunities across markets, with key customers, and for the individuals on our teams who are ready to take the next step in their careers.
The foundation we have built positions us well for what comes next. We have a strong backlog of work and a positive outlook across our end markets. For those ready to take the next step, there will be growing opportunities to advance and shape the future of this organization.
On behalf of the leadership team, thank you for your dedication, your commitment to safety, and the role each of you plays in delivering for our customers every day.
Here’s to making 2026 our best year yet,

Incorp Industries provided installation of an insulated metal panel (IMP) system for the interior walls and ceilings of one of Nestlé Purina’s largest pet food manufacturing facilities in Batavia, Ohio. The fire-rated and insulated panel scope was delivered within an active, multi-contractor construction environment in close coordination with Ranger Steel.

Selected to support both boiler erection and dismantle activities, Incorp partnered closely with TEiC Construction Services (TEiC) to keep scaffold access aligned with outage sequencing and evolving field needs. With sequencing and field conditions shifting during the outage window, consistent coordination was required to keep access aligned to active work fronts.

PIC is currently supporting a Gulf Coast chemical facility on upgrading the storage tank facility. The project recently included erecting a 360° scaffold around a storage tank, followed by abrasive blasting and coatings of the tank’s external shell. In the coming days, PIC will be installing insulated panels to complete the next phase of work.

Originally constructed in 1763 and expanded throughout the nineteenth century, the Trinity Chapel features a historic stone tower, timber spire, and the ten-bell Trinity Chimes that remain a defining feature of the city’s skyline. In 2025, a major preservation effort began to restore the steeple, lantern, clock faces, belfry components, and surrounding slate roof and dormers. ECRS was selected to design and install a complete access solution capable of supporting all restoration trades from ground level to the weather vane, more than 120 feet above the street.

- LMS system is HSI
- Hotline compliance portal will be NAVERX
- The corporate office consistently advocates for compliance throughout the organization.
When introducing the Compliance Hotline, I would like it to be part of a broader culture of guidance and support. The goal is for employees to see the Code of Conduct not just as a set of rules, but as a practical resource, especially in uncertain or complex situations. It should help them make sound decisions even when clear direction on a specific issue isn’t available. Achieving this requires consistently reinforcing the Code’s key messages and maintaining a strong commitment to keeping it relevant, accessible, and genuinely useful in employees’ day-to-day work.
We will also be rolling out the employee handbook for employees to review and acknowledge.
