Q1 Newsletter

Dear ConTeras Industrial Group Team

In the first quarter of 2024, I am filled with anticipation for the journey that lies ahead for the coming year. Building upon the successes of the past year, we are poised to embrace new opportunities, tackle fresh challenges, and further solidify our position as a leader in our industry.

Looking forward, our focus remains steadfast on our people and culture, infrastructure and integration, and strategic growth. We recognize that our greatest asset is our talented team, and we are committed to nurturing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. By investing in our employees and providing them with the tools and support they need to thrive, we will undoubtedly achieve new heights of success together.

In the coming months, we will continue to drive integration efforts, streamlining processes and systems to create a more cohesive and efficient organization. By leveraging the best practices and technologies from across our operating companies, we will enhance our ability to deliver exceptional value to our customers while maximizing operational effectiveness.

Furthermore, strategic growth remains a key priority as we explore new markets and expand our geographic footprint. With each new opportunity comes the chance to further showcase our expertise, build lasting relationships, and create sustainable value for all stakeholders. Together, we will seize these opportunities and chart a course for continued growth and success in the year ahead.

Last year, Incorp achieved over 1,692,000 safe work hours without an OSHA recordable injury incident, and ECRS had only two recordable injury incidents while working on nearly 450 projects. Thank you to each and every one of you who helped perform our work as safely as possible. As we work diligently to complete our projects throughout the year, let’s remember that nothing is more important than our well-being. Take the time to assess your surroundings, use proper safety equipment, and follow all established safety protocols. Don’t hesitate to speak up if you notice any hazards or unsafe conditions. Together, let’s make safety a habit in everything we do.

In closing, I want to express my gratitude for the dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment of each team member. Your passion and expertise are the driving force behind our continued success, and I am confident that together, we will achieve even greater heights in 2024.
