Jason Burkhardt
ConTeras – Director of Environmental, Health & Safety
Jason Burkhardt serves as Director of Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) for ConTeras, guiding safety strategy and culture across all business units, including Performance Insulation Contractors, Incorp Industries, and ECRS. Formerly Director of EH&S at Performance Insulation Contractors, Jason brings deep, hands-on knowledge of field operations into his leadership at the enterprise level.
Over the course of more than 30 years in EH&S, Jason has led safety initiatives in hazardous waste management, large-scale industrial construction, and complex multi-site operations throughout North America. His leadership style blends a rigorous commitment to compliance with a genuine passion for building strong, proactive safety cultures. He focuses on equipping teams with the training, resources, and support they need to work safely, efficiently, and with confidence.
In this expanded role, Jason will help consolidate and further enhance ConTeras’ already best-in-class safety culture, driving consistency, continuous improvement, and collaboration across all locations. His strong communication skills, technical expertise, and people-first mindset make him a trusted partner to both field and office teams.
Outside of work, Jason brings the same positive attitude and high energy to his personal life. He loves spending time on the water and being with his family, and he takes pride in enjoying what he does and the people he works with every day.
Emily Hughes
ECRS – Business Development Manager of the Carolinas
Emily Hughes serves as Business Development Manager for ECRS, leading relationship building and growth efforts across North and South Carolina. She takes a hands-on approach to connecting with clients, whether attending industry events, visiting project sites, or organizing networking sessions that strengthen partnerships and open new opportunities.
In just over a year with ECRS, Emily has helped expand the company’s presence in the Carolinas through her energy, professionalism, and strategic approach. Her ability to connect with others and approach every conversation with confidence and optimism has built lasting trust with clients and coworkers alike.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys daily exercise, going for walks, and spending time with her two young sons. Her drive, positivity, and people-first mindset continue to make a lasting impact within ECRS and the broader Carolina market.
Marco A. Valladares
PIC – Insulation Construction Manager
Marco A. Valladares has spent more than 20 years with Performance Insulation Contractors and now serves as Insulation Construction Manager in La Porte, Texas. He oversees project execution with a focus on efficiency, safety, and quality, ensuring every phase is completed to the highest standard. Marco believes that clear communication and careful planning are the foundation of successful projects and works to keep every team aligned and informed from start to finish.
Drawing on decades of hands-on experience, Marco brings a balanced approach that blends quality, safety, and production efficiency. His deep understanding of the craft, paired with his leadership and commitment to excellence, helps maintain the strong reputation PIC is known for across the industry.
Outside of work, Marco enjoys spending quality time with his family, from date nights with his wife to fishing and playing soccer with his children. His steady leadership, professionalism, and dedication make him an invaluable part of the PIC team.
Bulmaro Cordova
PIC – Scaffold Operations Manager
Bulmaro Cordova serves as Scaffold Operations Manager for Performance Insulation Contractors in La Porte, Texas, where he oversees all scaffolding activities across projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations from planning through execution. His responsibilities include managing teams, resources, and schedules to deliver scaffolding solutions that meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
With a long-standing relationship with PIC dating back to 2011, Bulmaro brings years of hands-on experience and leadership expertise. He has managed large-scale scaffold operations from start to finish, ensuring structures meet design specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. Known for his proactive communication and attention to detail, he keeps crews, engineers, and clients aligned to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Outside of work, Bulmaro enjoys cheering on the Texans and Astros, spending time with his family, and keeping his vehicles spotless, a reflection of his organized and detail-oriented nature. That same pride and consistency define the way he leads every project at PIC.
Devonte Doughty
ECRS – Scaffold Builder
Based in Chesapeake, Virginia, Devonte Doughty has been with ECRS, for over five years. Through dedication and hard work, Devonte has become a reliable and skilled builder, serving as a strong assistant to his foreman. He plays an important role in maintaining safe and organized work areas on site and is always willing to take on additional responsibilities, including driving company trucks when needed.
Devonte is known for his commitment to learning and personal growth. He recently completed the Competent Person class, further strengthening his knowledge of safety standards and on-site best practices. His proactive attitude and dependability make him a key contributor to every project he supports.
In his free time, Devonte enjoys helping with his stepsister’s boxing lessons, exploring new places with his family, and engaging with content that inspires personal growth and new challenges. His steady progress, strong work ethic, and teamwork make him a valued part of the organization.
Arvanna McIntosh
Incorp – Payroll Specialist
With nearly three years at Incorp, Arvanna McIntosh serves as Payroll Specialist at the Evansville, Indiana office. She provides payroll system support and ensures each weekly cycle is processed accurately and efficiently. Arvanna also coordinates with supervisors to resolve issues, provides timely reports and updates, and supports internal process improvements that keep operations running smoothly.
Known for her positivity, precision, and cheerful greeting “hey bud”, she plays an essential role in helping implement a new company-wide payroll system, assisting with training, documentation, and employee support during the transition. Antonio Suarez
Incorp – Scaffold Builder
Antonio Suarez works as a Scaffold Builder at the Santee Cooper Cross Station in South Carolina. As a journeyman builder, he supports projects by assembling and dismantling scaffolds safely and efficiently while maintaining a strong awareness of site protocols. Antonio approaches every job with professionalism, precision, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.
He’s known for his positive attitude, clear communication, and steady reliability. Yonton Monge
Incorp – Insulator/Asbestos Leadman
With fourteen years at Incorp, Yonton Monge serves as Insulator and Asbestos Leadman at the LG&E Magnolia site. Known for his exceptional attention to safety and deep expertise in asbestos and lead removal, Yonton sets a high standard for quality and compliance. He brings extensive hands-on experience in scaffold building, erecting, inspecting, and insulation, always completing tasks efficiently and safely.
Yonton’s strong leadership and organizational skills make him a dependable and respected member of the crew. He leads by example, communicates clearly with his team, and maintains a sharp focus on safety that inspires confidence in those around him. His ability to recognize what needs to be done and act without hesitation demonstrates his reliability and professionalism.

Romeo Lopez Vasquez
Incorp – Scaffold Lead Man
With four years at Incorp, Romeo Lopez Vasquez serves as Scaffold Lead Man at the Mill Creek LG & E site. An experienced and respected leader in the scaffold industry, he brings technical precision and a strong commitment to safety to every project. Romeo oversees scaffold assembly, inspection, and crew supervision, ensuring that each structure meets OSHA and company safety standards.
Known for his leadership and deep knowledge of scaffold systems, Romeo leads by example. His ability to plan efficiently, communicate clearly, and maintain focus on safety allows his team to perform at a high level. Jorge Chavez
Incorp – Job Site Supervisor
With sixteen years at Incorp, Jorge Chavez serves as Job Site Supervisor at the EKPC Spurlock Station. In this role, he leads with a safety-first mindset, enforcing compliance standards and ensuring every task is completed efficiently and responsibly. Jorge oversees operations and maintenance activities that keep plant assets running reliably while coordinating resources to meet production goals safely and effectively.
Bringing nearly four decades of construction experience, Jorge’s background spans abatement, carpentry, insulation, metal mechanics, painting, and sandblasting. His extensive knowledge and hands-on approach make him a trusted leader and mentor on site. He’s known for his collaborative attitude, dependable performance, and ability to inspire confidence and motivation among his crew.
Outside of work, Jorge enjoys gardening, DJing on weekends, riding his motorcycle, attending garage sales in search of hidden treasures, and using his carpentry skills to build and volunteer in his community. His leadership, reliability, and dedication to excellence make him an outstanding supervisor and a valued member of the Incorp team.
Angel Pineda
Incorp – Project Manager
With more than a decade at Incorp, Angel Pineda serves as a Project Manager based in Evansville, Indiana. He coordinates manpower planning and site communication across multiple client locations, ensuring clear collaboration between the field and management teams. Over the past year, he has expanded his responsibilities to include oversight of new project scopes such as fireproofing, helping develop field training, safety programs, and material management standards that strengthen company operations.
Angel’s success comes from his hands-on understanding of field work and his strong attention to detail. His years of experience in manpower and production have given him an ability to anticipate challenges, identify practical solutions, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. Incorp – Metal Mechanic
With six years at Incorp, Marvin Meza serves as a Metal Mechanic at the EKP Spurlock site in Kentucky. A skilled tradesman experienced in insulation, metal work, sandblasting, and scaffold building, Marvin is known for completing each task safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. Incorp – Personnel Manager

Since 2023, Miguel Gonzalez Martinez has been a dedicated part of the Incorp team at the Duke East Bend site in Kentucky. In his role as Forklift Operator and Scaffold Yard Keeper, he helps keep projects running smoothly by transporting materials to and from work areas and maintaining an organized, efficient yard. His attention to detail and consistent adherence to safety standards make him a reliable and trusted team member.
Miguel is known for his strong commitment to safety and teamwork. He always ensures loads are properly secured, follows all site traffic guidelines, and uses spotters when entering process areas. Nestor Torres
Incorp – Foreman
For the past four years, Nestor Torres has been a valued Foreman at the Marshall Steam Station. In this role, he oversees scaffold configuration and pull tickets, ensures compliance with safety standards, and supports his crew by answering questions and identifying potential hazards before they occur. His steady leadership keeps every task organized, safe, and on schedule.
Nestor’s strong communication skills and approachable nature set the tone for teamwork on site. He brings focus, positive energy, and consistency to every project, creating an environment where everyone feels confident and informed. Known for his vigilance and proactive mindset, Nestor inspects equipment carefully and stops problems before they start, earning the respect of both management and peers.

Incorp Industries was selected by Laframboise Group to provide critical scaffolding and insulation services for the construction of IKO’s new U.S. manufacturing campus in Clay County, Florida. IKO, a global leader in roofing, waterproofing, and insulation products, is investing $270 million in this multi-phase development, which will include an asphalt shingle production facility, an insulation board plant, and a commercial rolled roofing plant.
Georgia-Pacific selected Incorp Industries to deliver scaffolding and insulation services for a steam-plant modernization at a high-capacity cellulose mill facility in Alabama, serving the North American pulp and paper market. Incorp is leading efforts to stabilize the mill’s high-pressure steam header through the installation of a new natural gas-fired package boiler rated at 250,000 pph delivering 1,200 psig, 900°F steam. The new unit replaces an aging 150,000 pph power boiler and eliminates the need for rental boilers.

PIC is currently supporting a Gulf Coast chemical facility on upgrading the storage tank facility. The project recently included erecting a 360° scaffold around a storage tank, followed by abrasive blasting and coatings of the tank’s external shell. In the coming days, PIC will be installing insulated panels to complete the next phase of work.

Originally constructed in 1763 and expanded throughout the nineteenth century, the Trinity Chapel features a historic stone tower, timber spire, and the ten-bell Trinity Chimes that remain a defining feature of the city’s skyline. In 2025, a major preservation effort began to restore the steeple, lantern, clock faces, belfry components, and surrounding slate roof and dormers. ECRS was selected to design and install a complete access solution capable of supporting all restoration trades from ground level to the weather vane, more than 120 feet above the street.
