Reflecting on the achievements of 2024 at ConTeras Industrial Group, I want to take this opportunity to recognize our progress and extend my gratitude to each of you. Your dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in our continued growth, and I am incredibly proud of what we accomplished together.

Last year, both ECRS and Incorp made significant contributions, executing a high volume of maintenance and capital projects that reinforced our reputation for quality and reliability. Our team’s ability to meet customer needs and help solve complex challenges remains one of our greatest strengths. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and I am grateful for the pride and professionalism you bring to every project.

We continued to grow our business, welcoming new team members and expanding our customer base. The trust we’ve built with our clients is evident in the number of repeat business opportunities we’ve secured. It’s a testament to the outstanding service and solutions we provide, and I thank each of you for the role you’ve played in strengthening those relationships.

A major highlight in 2024 was the record number of work hours completed with minimal safety incidents. Safety remains our top priority, and I commend everyone for maintaining a strong safety culture. As we move into 2025, I’m looking forward to implementing a new safety and training management system that will further enhance our commitment to a safe and efficient work environment.

I also want to extend a special congratulations to the ECRS team for successfully completing the implementation of our new ERP system. This was a significant milestone that will improve our operational efficiency and help us continue delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Looking ahead, I am very excited about the opportunities in 2025 and beyond. Our backlog is stronger than it was at this time last year, thanks to the outstanding efforts of our team in securing new work. With customer satisfaction at an all-time high and new initiatives on the horizon, we are well-positioned for continued growth and success.

Bret Roper

ConTeras, CFO

Since joining ConTeras in May 2024, Bret Roper has played a key role in guiding the company’s financial strategy and ensuring long-term stability. As CFO, he applies his deep understanding of revenue, profitability, and cash flow to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively, keeping ConTeras on a strong financial trajectory.

Bret’s positive outlook and decades of experience make him an invaluable asset to the company. His expertise in financial management, problem-solving, and strategic planning ensures that ConTeras not only meets accounting requirements but also remains well-positioned for future growth.

Outside of work, Bret enjoys spending time with his family, working on Porsches, fly fishing in North Carolina, and snowboarding.

Thomas Chadwick

ECRS, Operations Coordinator

Based in Tampa, FL, Thomas Chadwick has been an essential part of the ECRS team for the past year and a half, ensuring seamless operations across multiple facets of the business. As Operations Coordinator, he manages manpower scheduling for field projects, oversees warehouse and logistics planning, coordinates materials and equipment, and handles facility management. In addition, Thomas plays a key role in job scheduling, project oversight, and reporting, keeping operations running smoothly.

Thomas brings a strong sense of dedication and organization to his role, always approaching challenges with a can-do attitude. His commitment to ECRS’s success is evident in the way he goes above and beyond to ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction.

What sets Thomas apart is his genuine passion for his work. He understands the responsibility of his role and its impact on the company as a whole. His vision and forward-thinking mindset help him anticipate challenges, solve problems, and keep field teams aligned with project goals. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys fishing, trap shooting, and music—interests that allow him to unwind and recharge while embracing his love for the outdoors.

Josh Cornwell

ECRS, Sales & Project Management

Since joining ECRS in 2008, Josh Cornwell has been a key player in delivering tailored scaffolding solutions for customers throughout the East Coast. Based in Laurel, MD, he is responsible for measuring and designing scaffolding systems that meet precise customer specifications while ensuring safety and structural integrity. His role also extends to managing jobsite logistics, scheduling, and coordinating resources to keep projects on track and within scope.

Josh’s deep field experience gives him a unique edge in both project management and sales. His ability to bridge the gap between customer needs and on-the-ground execution makes him a trusted partner for both clients and crews. With a high-energy approach and a keen attention to detail, he ensures every project is executed with precision and efficiency.

What truly sets Josh apart is his passion for the industry and his drive to be among the best. His commitment to customer satisfaction and his relentless pursuit of excellence have earned him a reputation as a dedicated and results-driven professional.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time on the water boating and fishing, hitting the golf course, hiking, and kayaking—always embracing the outdoors whenever he can.

Miguel Garcia

ECRS – Anchor Scaffolding, Scaffold Erection Foreman

Since joining Anchor Scaffolding a year ago, Miguel Garcia has proven to be a skilled and dependable leader in the field. As a Scaffold Erection Foreman, he oversees crews in the installation and removal of scaffolding across various job sites while also assisting with project planning and material coordination.

With over 10 years of industry experience, Miguel brings strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of scaffolding, and a commitment to safety. He works seamlessly with both his team and customers, ensuring every project runs smoothly and meets client expectations. His ability to balance efficiency with safety makes him a key asset to the company.

Outside of work, Miguel enjoys the outdoors and cherishes time with his family. Recently married in January 2025, he looks forward to new adventures and making lifelong memories with his loved ones.

Julio Vazquez Peralta

ECRS, Motorized Division Foreman/ Technician

With four years at ECRS, Julio Vazquez Peralta plays a critical role in maintaining, inspecting, and repairing swing stage scaffolding systems. His technical expertise and problem-solving skills ensure that each system is reliable, functional, and up to the highest safety standards.

Julio’s hands-on experience with swing stage systems gives him a deep understanding of how they operate and how to troubleshoot issues efficiently. His attention to detail allows him to identify potential problems during both routine inspections and urgent situations, ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel. His commitment to staying current with industry best practices, technology, and techniques demonstrates his dedication to continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Julio enjoys applying his mechanical expertise to hands-on projects, continually sharpening his skills and fueling his passion for problem-solving.

Ricardo Becerra

Incorp, Supervisor

With six years at Incorp, Ricardo Becerra has become a trusted leader in the Mid-West Territory, overseeing various projects and stepping in as a site supervisor whenever needed. His ability to manage complex scaffolding projects safely and efficiently makes him an invaluable asset to the team.

Ricardo’s deep expertise in scaffold erection and project management ensures that even the most challenging jobs are completed on time and to the highest standards. His adaptability allows him to shift seamlessly between roles—whether as a worker, leadman, or supervisor—always delivering exceptional results without hesitation. His dedication and work ethic have earned him the respect of both his team members and clients, who frequently request him for future projects.

Santiago Rodriguez-Morales

Incorp, Scaffold Leadman/Metal Mechanic

For the past six years, Santiago Rodriguez-Morales has been a key member of the maintenance crew at F.B. Culley Generating Station, where his expertise ensures the facility’s upkeep and functionality. As a multi-craft professional, he plays a vital role in scaffold building and metalwork, tackling a wide range of tasks with precision and dedication.

Santiago’s journey with Incorp began as a helper, and through hard work and continuous learning, he has developed into a highly skilled scaffold builder and metal mechanic. His commitment to mastering his craft has made him a reliable and versatile team member, always delivering exceptional results.

For the past two years, Ernesto Vargas has been a driving force in Incorp’s operations in Gastonia, bringing leadership and expertise to insulation, metalwork, and insulation pad projects. As a supervisor, he plays a crucial role in ensuring projects run smoothly, maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality.

Ernesto’s leadership is defined by his strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. His dedication to the job and commitment to his team set him apart, always leading by example and ensuring tasks are completed with precision.

For the past five years, Jacqueline Acevedo has been an essential part of operations at Santee Cooper Cross Station, ensuring seamless administrative support for the team. As the site administrator, she manages payroll, timesheets, and critical documentation, making sure everything is completed accurately and on time.

Jacqueline’s ability to stay organized and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the job makes her an invaluable asset. She brings a positive energy to the workplace that uplifts those around her. Her kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help in any way possible set her apart.

Alexis Concepción

Incorp, Insulation & Scaffold Foreman

For the past six years, Alexis Concepción has been a dedicated leader at EKP Spurlock, overseeing outage work and ensuring seamless coordination between the plant, customers, and crews. With a strong focus on safety and efficiency, he plays a critical role in keeping projects on track while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

With 16 years of industry experience, Alexis brings a wealth of expertise to his role. His strong work ethic and sense of responsibility make him a reliable and respected leader on-site. As an exceptional scaffold builder and metal mechanic, he consistently delivers quality results while prioritizing safety.

What sets Alexis apart is his ability to keep his crew motivated, engaged, and focused. He takes pride in every job he’s assigned, leading by example and sharing his knowledge in scaffolding, metalwork, carpentry, and painting. Mario Espino

Incorp, Site Supervisor

For the past two years, Mario Espino has played a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and safety at Hines Energy Complex. With 16 years of experience in the scaffolding industry, Mario brings a deep understanding of both maintenance contracts and large-scale capital projects. He is responsible for job walks, scaffold material take-offs, and budget estimates, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Mario’s expertise extends beyond scaffolding—his willingness to expand his knowledge into insulation and painting has made him an even more valuable leader. His ability to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal oversight speaks volumes about his reliability and skill.

His leadership is recognized across the board, with consistent positive feedback from the site’s management team. His preparedness for outages, attention to productivity, and commitment to safety are a testament to his strong work ethic. Not only does he manage two sites—Hines Energy Complex and Tiger Bay—but he also provides critical support for two additional neighboring sites, making him an integral part of the Florida team.

Chris Henderson

Incorp, Site Supervisor

With over three years at Incorp, Chris Henderson has been instrumental in overseeing daily maintenance operations and outages at Arcadium Lithium. His responsibilities include managing material procurement, tracking equipment inventory, and ensuring seamless project execution while upholding company standards and customer expectations.

Chris is a natural leader, actively recruiting, training, and developing top-performing personnel. His strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction set him apart. He is always available to handle unexpected challenges and emergencies, ensuring that operations continue smoothly. Beyond his professional role, Chris has a deep appreciation for history, collecting and restoring antique firearms and WWII artifacts. He also enjoys spending time with his two daughters and son and remains actively involved in his church and family life.

Roisbel Braza Paneque

Incorp, Metal Mechanic 1 / Crane Operator

Since joining Incorp in August 2024, Roisbel has been an invaluable asset to the team, bringing his expertise as both a crane operator and a metal mechanic to the role. He is responsible for safely operating, inspecting, and maintaining cranes to support construction and installation activities. Roisbel’s attention to detail and commitment to safety ensure that every lifting operation and rigging task is performed efficiently and in compliance with safety protocols.

Roisbel’s strong technical knowledge, backed by formal training, allows him to adapt swiftly to unexpected challenges. For example, after the winter storm break, Roisbel displayed exceptional leadership and safety awareness when he exercised his Stop Work Authority during a waste load-out operation, preventing a fall protection violation.

Matthew Blevins

Incorp, EHS Senior Administrator

Matthew Blevins has been an integral part of the Incorp team for the past 16 months, where he has supported the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team in managing data systems, ensuring documentation accuracy, and streamlining workflows. His expertise as a database administrator optimizes the accessibility and integrity of critical EHS data, making him a key player in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.

Matthew’s exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills have enabled him to navigate shifting priorities with ease. Since joining the Incorp team just four months ago, Julio Ponce De Leon has quickly proven himself as a highly dedicated and experienced scaffold builder and metal mechanic. In his role, Julio is responsible for installing scaffolds and various types of metal siding while ensuring projects are completed on time, with top-notch quality, and in full adherence to safety protocols.

With 20 years of industry experience, Julio brings a wealth of knowledge to his role, particularly in scaffolding, siding, and insulation. His ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with other crews makes him an invaluable asset, helping to keep the work environment efficient and harmonious. Julio’s leadership and commitment to quality and safety are evident in everything he does.

David Redmond

Incorp, Forklift Operator

For the past two years, David Redmond has been a crucial part of the Duke Energy Edwardsport team, ensuring smooth operations through his expertise in material handling and logistics. As the primary forklift operator, he is responsible for loading and unloading materials, transporting supplies to job sites, and managing scaffolding inventory to keep projects running efficiently.

David’s deep knowledge of the plant’s layout allows him to complete daily tasks with speed and precision. His experience as a forklift operator and familiarity with the site make him an invaluable resource, ensuring that crews have what they need when they need it.

What truly sets David apart is his reliability and willingness to go the extra mile. Whether stepping in to assist a short-handed crew or responding to an after-hours call, he is always ready to help. His accountability, professionalism, and dedication to his work make him one of the most dependable team members at Edwardsport.

Outside of work, David is a big football fan, cheering for the Detroit Lions and New Orleans Saints. He also treasures spending time with his kids and grandkids whenever he’s off the clock.

This project, with an estimated budget of $300 million, focuses on the installation of new wastewater treatment systems to enhance environmental protections at the Cross and Winyah Generating Stations. These upgrades are essential for ensuring compliance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations.

Clinton, Kentucky

Incorp Industries was selected by PARIC Corporation to provide soffit, fascia, and Insulated Roof System services for a new Gibson Electric Office Building. This facility is owned and operated by Gibson Electric Corporation and is located just a few miles north of Clinton, KY.
