Q4 Newsletter

Dear ConTeras Industrial Group,

By any measure, 2025 was a strong year for ConTeras, and it started with you. Your professionalism, dedication, and commitment across operations, along with your continued focus on safety and looking out for one another, were behind everything we accomplished. Day in and day out, your efforts on our job sites and in support roles across the organization are what set ConTeras apart and continues to strengthen our reputation across the markets we serve.

Capping off the year, we surpassed 3 million work hours, a milestone that reflects the trust our customers place in us and the high standards upheld on every job site. Reaching this level of activity is not only a measure of growth, but a clear indicator of the demand for our services and the confidence our customers have in our ability to execute safely and reliably. This milestone is the result of sustained performance across all teams and reinforces the foundation we have built through consistent, high-quality work.

Our partnership with Oaktree Capital, finalized in January, will significantly accelerate our ability to further scale our offerings, invest in our people and technology, and deliver enhanced value to our customers. With access to resources and networks that open doors to new markets and opportunities we couldn’t reach on our own, we’re well positioned to grow and to do so in a way that creates real, lasting opportunity across the organization.

Across a demanding mix of maintenance and project work, including outage support, routine maintenance, and capital projects, our teams delivered with precision and reliability, reinforcing our position as a trusted partner to our customers. Whether supporting critical outages or delivering complex project work, they demonstrated the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

Each business unit finished Q4 strong, deepening existing customer relationships while building new ones through consistent performance. Across Incorp, ECRS, and PIC, we are seeing continued growth driven by strong execution and a commitment to service. The work being done today is opening doors for tomorrow, creating lasting opportunities across markets, with key customers, and for the individuals on our teams who are ready to take the next step in their careers.

The foundation we have built positions us well for what comes next. We have a strong backlog of work and a positive outlook across our end markets. For those ready to take the next step, there will be growing opportunities to advance and shape the future of this organization.

On behalf of the leadership team, thank you for your dedication, your commitment to safety, and the role each of you plays in delivering for our customers every day.

Here’s to making 2026 our best year yet,
