ConTeras Industrial Group is off to a strong start in 2025, thanks to the dedication and hard work of every team member. I’m excited by the progress we’ve made and the opportunities ahead as we continue to grow and strengthen the company.
Safety continues to be the foundation of everything we do, and I appreciate everyone’s commitment to not only protecting yourselves but also looking out for your teammates. This quarter, we hosted our first-ever ConTeras Safety Summit, bringing together leadership from ECRS, Incorp, and our newest business unit, Performance Insulation Contractors (PIC). The insights and collaboration shared across our teams were impressive, and I’m excited that these meetings will now be held quarterly as part of our continued commitment to sharing best practices and building a strong, unified safety culture.
One of the biggest highlights from Q2 was the official addition of PIC to the ConTeras group. Finalized in April, this acquisition marks a major milestone for our company. PIC brings decades of experience and a highly skilled team in insulation and scaffolding services, complementing our existing offerings and expanding the value we provide to our customers. The integration process is already underway, and PIC is now included on our website and featured in our updated company overview video, which I encourage everyone to check out. We’re proud to have them onboard and excited about the capabilities and perspective they bring to our group.
We also successfully completed a demanding spring power plant shutdown season, and I want to thank everyone who played a role in delivering excellent service under pressure. To support this kind of work as we continue to grow, we’ve made significant investments in new equipment, including trucks, scaffolding, and a forklift, to ensure our teams have the resources they need to stay productive and safe. Recruiting remains another priority, and we’re always looking for strong candidates. If you know someone who aligns with our culture and values, I encourage you to refer them to our team.
With a healthy backlog of work carrying us through the rest of 2025 and into 2026, I remain very optimistic about where we’re headed. These are exciting times at ConTeras, and I’m incredibly grateful for the role each of you plays in moving us forward.
Stay safe and keep up the great work!
